Fruit smoothies 6 recipes

Fruit smoothies are very airy creamy drinks, not surprisingly smooth in English. It means very light and very cold based on fruit or vegetables and above all a lot of ice. They can be enriched with the addition of vegetable milk, such as soy, almond, rice, coconut, oat milk and sweetened with honey, agave syrup, brown sugar and supplemented with seeds such as flax seeds and dried fruit.

Their difference between the smoothies and the classic smoothies (or milkshake if we want to remain English-speaking) and the extracts are precisely in the recipe with which they are prepared. Here we do not find yogurt or milk, as happens in milk. In fact, shake, a few spoonfuls of yogurt can be added or vegetable milk to the maximum, but no cow’s milk, and it is not ice cream, because here the ice is crushed together with the fruit and not whipped with it.

If you confuse it with an extract, you are out of the way, where all the fruit or vegetables that are used are used and the liquid and solid parts are not separated as it happens precisely for the extracts.

They are vitamin concentrates, colorful and delicious, perfect at any time of the day, whether it’s a break, a breakfast or a snack. We have not tried 6 different types. Obviously the advice is to adapt your smoothies to seasonal fruit, it will have a content of minerals and major vitamins and your body will thank you.
