Lemon turkey breast

  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 glass White Wine
  • 1/2 onion
  • Lemon Thyme
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

  • 00 flour for breading

To prepare the lemon turkey breast recipe put the flour on a plate and use it to flour the turkey slices, shaking off the excess.

In a pan heat 2 tablespoons of oil with a knob of butter, cook the onion, turning it often until it is wilted.

Put the floured slices in a pan, taste salt, and pepper and cook them 2-3 minutes per side. At this point, blend with the wine and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, cook for a few minutes, complete the dish by adding a slice of lemon and a sprinkling of lemon thyme on each slice of turkey breast.

Serve by sprinkling each slice with its sauce and with a grated lemon peel.
